Details
Dictionary selection handlebars adapted from JP mining note to work with any note type. They don't process the dictionary output at all; it's fully equivalent to using {single-glossary-} handlebars.

Features:
* {primary-definition}: Can be either the first monolingual or bilingual dictionary depending on opt-first-definition-type.
* {secondary-definition}: Can be either the first bilingual or monolingual dictionary depending on opt-first-definition-type.
Usage:
Selecting the primary definition by highlighting the dictionary name in the Yomitan popup, making the selection bold, or setting dictionaries to ignore via regex also still works.
